Reduced Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you need:

  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Nutrim™ Oat Bran
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Walnuts

What to do:

  • Combine flour, Nutrim, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drops by teaspoonfulls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
