Last week’s challenge:

  • Joe challenged everyone to try and eat raw nuts/ seeds at least 2x a week
  • Since nuts/ seeds have shown to lower cholesterol in studies, Joe tried to eat nuts more than 2x a week
  • Joe also ate nuts and seeds as a snack between meals

Next week’s challenge:

  • Mark and Joe challenge you to exercise for 30 minutes at least once this week
  • Here is a short list of some of the possible benefits of exercising:
    • helps with weight management and fat burning
    • helps healthy cholesterol levels
    • beneficial for joints
    • beneficial for mood
    • moderate exercise can benefit the immune system
