It’s that time of year again, the holiday season.  It’s a time of cheer, happiness, remembrance, fun, and…well, the list goes on.  As many reasons there are to love the holidays, there’s one fact you cannot sugar-coat:  they can be very, very hard on your health.  The stress, the change of schedules, the travelling (or hosting), the food…….especially the food.

Because we love you, and we love the holiday season, we decided to put together a sort of…holiday survival guide.  We want to keep your physical heart healthy, while your figurative heart still enjoys the spirit of the season.  It doesn’t have to be hard, and you don’t have to quit doing the things you enjoy.  You just need to be conscious and flexible.
